Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Ruted may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted.

If an order is not accepted, is changed, or is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

Once products have been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ruted.

(iii) answer truthfully any prompt or question designed to determine whether interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and
(iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Even after termination, the following sections will remain in effect: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruted (including partners, employees, Shopify, etc.) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind – including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs – arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.


SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruted and its partners from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (1) your violation of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.


SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruted and supersede all prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.


SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. Ruted may assign these Terms without your consent or notice.


SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ruted is based. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
